At Endless Serenity Candle Co., we fulfill orders 1-3 business days (no weekends). All orders are shipped with the customer chosen ship method/ carrier .

REFUND POLICY

Return & Refund Policy

At Endless Serenity Candle Co., we take great pride in the quality and purity of our products. Because candles are personal, consumable items that can be tampered with, we do not accept returns in order to maintain the integrity and safety of each product.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please take a clear photo of the damaged product and packaging. Email us (alicia@endlessserenity.com) the photo within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will process a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on availability.

Incorrect Items:

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us with a photo of the product you received, and we will promptly correct the error by sending you the correct item at no additional charge.
